Our Foundation continues to collaborate with the headteachers and educators of all SeDEC primary schools in our region in east-Mauritius to ascertain the types of educational aids they believe will enhance the teaching-learning experience, and we then commit to delivering these materials on a school-specific and needs basis. This ensures that targeted support is provided to address the particular needs of each school. During our most recent meetings with the six primary schools our Foundaton supports in February 2026 we agreed a list of projects and education materials which we fund in the coming months; these include Grade 1 projectors for Flacq Post and Camp de Masque RCA schools, mobile libraries for Camp de Masque RCA school, an outside reading and library space for Queen Victoria RCA school, sports equipment for Bon Accueil RCA school, and a range of early-learning reading books for St. Julien RCA school.
Caritas – Mauritius
Our Foundation’s continued support for Caritas in our region will included funding for families in financial distress, together with our annual Easter and Christmas lunch and gift-giving for the children of these families.
